1800's Wood Mantels    
The mantels in this section came from a warehouse owned by a renovation contractor in Petersburg, Virginia. Most are pine mantels, estimated 1840's to 1880's vintage. They're mostly heart pine and have several coats of peeling paint. Many have deteriorated leg bottoms (from sitting in old barns and such). The easy fix for this is to cut off the bottom few inches. As they've just arrived, we'll be providing dimensions for them as quickly as possible. Unless you love the SHABBY look, they're going to require a fair amount of work, but if you buy them before we restore them, you're getting a great deal.

Most will be priced at $200-$300 and sold in AS IS condition with pickup from our store. Shipping is available to the continental US, but they'll have to be custom crated - please call us with your delivery details so we can quote pricing. CLICK ANY PHOTO TO ENLARGE
