SOLO Electric Parlor Stove

The SOLO electric parlor stove was copied from Esse's original oil version, offering a true reproduction of the cast iron stoves of yesteryear.

The Solo operates differently than any of our other freestanding electric stove models, using radiant heat rather than an electric fan. The heat radiates from the top, providing a silent and gentle source of warmth, much like a radiator. Maximum heat output is 4500 btu's, but there are 5 heater settings. This model does get quite warm on top; while not hot enough to cause a burn, it's best to keep small children from putting their hands on it.

 

The SOLO body is made of cast iron and comes in 3 enamel colors; the black model is a matte black painted finish while the color models are an enamel finish. The Solo offers a minimal "fire" effect; there is a simple glowing coal bed at the bottom window.

 

 

While the Solo will not dazzle you with its electric flame technology, this model is the clear choice for a distinctive period style freestanding electric fire in any room.
