Cast Iron GRILLES and REGISTERS Improve Air Circulation!
Our Victorian styled CAST IRON Grilles and Registers can be used to help move heated or cooled air to another room - great for homes using window air conditioners or wood stoves! Choose from sizes to use in new installations, or to retrofit with existing vents.
By using a register with optional louvers you can open and close the vent as needed. Registers and Grilles can be used in floor, ceiling or wall. All models are available in Black Cast Iron. We offer a huge variety of sizes.
Register or Grille?
REGISTERS have louvers built into them, forming a single unit. You can use the louvers to regulate the amount and flow of air or heat passing through them.
GRILLES are open work structures without louvers. They can be used alone, or to regulate air flow in conjunction with a louver assembly.
LOUVERS
Optional LOUVER ASSEMBLIES (sold separately) are designed to fit behind our grilles, into ductwork, to control air flow and increase heating and cooling effeciency. Mounted independently of the grille, they are opened and closed with a key (provided). In some cases, you may have to remove the grille to adjust louvers.
