Standard shipping charge is 9% of your order total. Minimum shipping is $9 per order.
Additional freight charges are added to heavy, oversized or fragile items; if freight charge is applicable then it will be noted on the item when you place your order. You may pick up any item from our store in Richmond, VA to save shipping & freight charges. We ship to the continental US. Sales tax applies only to orders shipped within Virginia.
Shipping is available to Alaska, Hawaii & Canada for an additional charge - give us a call and we will provide a custom shipping quote for you, 1-866-427-2625.
WARRANTY: We honor manufacturer's written warranties. No labor warranty applies on installations not performed by us unless provided by the manufacturer.
INSTALLATION: Heating equipment must be installed by a qualified professional and meet customer's local building/safety codes. Follow manufacturer's installation and maintenance instructions exactly; failure to do so will void your warranty.
SHIPMENTS: Carefully inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. Notify us of damage/shortage/errors WITHIN 3 DAYS of receipt. We are unable to file freight claims or to issue exchange or refunds on damaged or shorted orders after 3 days from delivery.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: We hope you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but if you're not then you may return your purchase for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt; freight costs are non-refundable. Returned items must be unopened/unused, must be in their original packaging, and clearly marked with a Return Authorization Number obtained from us prior to return or we cannot issue a credit.
