My husband and I ordered a gas fireplace from you last year when we renovated our living room. Thanks for the great customer service and the quality of your products. I've enclosed a photo of the end result--I don't think you'll enjoy it any more than we have.

 | Olivia Cast Iron Surround
| | |
|

Just thought you would enjoy seeing the cast iron surround with the tile set we purchased from you. We can't wait to obtain gas coals (or vent it with a liner and burn real coal occasionally...we can't decide). For now we'll get by the holiday entertaining on gel fuel. We're really happy with our purchase and appreciate your help. -Karl & Amy, Bedford, VA

 | Houseboat Electric Fireplace
| | |
|
Bill & Ray needed an electric fireplace for their house boat.
Their concern was they wanted the biggest possible fireplace that would fit between two windows. They settled on this model, and built their own mantel. They were so pleased with the outcome that they sent us this photo to share, and mention they do intend to paint or stain the mantel. What a great fit!

 | Windsor Electric Fireplace Conversion
| | |
|
|

Another project in 2006 from Ted in PA!
The chimney was not serviceable (left photo) and Ted wanted to convert it to burn a gas fire in this bedroom fireplace. However, the alterations that would be required made gas conversion impractical, so we encouraged him to consider an electric insert. Ted settled on the Windsor Electric Fireplace Insert (photo, right) and confirms this was a practical, less expensive alternative. We're cheering Ted on with his Victorian home renovation - though we know how much he must miss the orange carpet - and hope he'll send us another picture when the room is finished!

 | Melissa's Fireplace
| | |
|

Melissa used a bronzing technique on the metal front of the Adorn gas fireplace and the cast iron surround. She laid a coordinating period style ceramic tile hearth and installed an antique wood mantel. Great job!
Caution: this type of alteration can only be done with a suitable high-temperature paint.

 | Downsizing a New Fireplace
| | |
|

The dramatic mantel in this room was almost too large, and the homeowner really wanted a gas coal fire in this large fireplace. His solution was installing a cast iron fireplace surround and coordinating cast iron mantel which proportionately reduced the fireplace opening. Now the gas coal basket looks proportionate and the project turned out beautifully!

 | Electric Fireplace on a Boat
| | |
|
"Hi Karen, I finally found a few minutes to get a picture of our electric fireplace we put on our boat. We are the talk of the marina and I have given your website to several neighbors, so you may be getting some business from Chattanooga, TN!
We just love it and it looks fantastic on the boat. I tried to get a shot with the flames showing, but it didn't come through."
