Our home town of Richmond, Virginia is often used in the filming of movies and television programs. A new television pilot "Body Politic" began filming this week. The show features Minka Kelly (from the tv show "Friday Night Lights") whose character moves from Michigan to Washington DC to work as a staff aid with her father (played by Tim Matheson), who is serving as the new US Attorney General. The state Capitol and the surrounding residential "Fan" area of Richmond will replicate the DC area.
