This selection of electric fireplaces are a great consideration for new construction, or if you're undertaking a major remodel project. With higher heating capacities, BUILD-IN electric fireplaces must be hard-wired for 120 volt (4600 btu, 12.0 amps, 1440 watts) or 240 volt (9200 btu, 11.3 amps, 2700 watts) and do require professional installation by a qualified technician, usually an electrician or HVAC technician.
Two sizes are available, in either a 33" model or a 39" model. Both sizes feature fully functional glass doors, retractable mesh fire screen, "brick" interior walls. With dancing flame technology and a glowing ember bed, you'll find the view as warming as the powerful heating system.
Zero-clearance design means you can build these into your wall and face with your choice of materials including sheetrock, tile, panelling. This fireplace meets your needs for a beautiful design to fit your particular style. Use a separate wall thermostat as an optional feature to allow your fireplace to keep your room at the desired temperature. During warmer months, you can turn off the heater and simply enjoy your realistic fire view.
Once the BUILD-IN fireplace is installed, all controls remain readily accessible thanks to the patent pending EASY ACCESS design, which flips down to provide simple and complete operation and serviceability.
