Got a Victorian era house, but a taste for the contemporary? The Pendle basket will suit your style! Clean lines in solid cast iron construction. 

A tight fit into the fireplace is ok, so long as the fireplace depth allows the basket to sit completely inside the fireplace. Unlike gas logs, the gas coal basket needs no air space on the sides because the bottom mount burner stays cool during operation. BTU input is 15,000-28,000; flame height is adjustable.

CHIMNEY REQUIREMENTS
This is a vented gas product. It MUST be installed into a functioning wood burning fireplace with a lined chimney. Minimum chimney size is 6" round. Your fireplace damper, if one exists, must be removed or permanently clamped open upon installation. This is a decorative product that is not designed to provide substantial heat.
