The  SENATOR DIRECT VENT is a beautiful gas fire that looks just like a real coal or log fire.

Fits into small fireplaces, yet it offers generous heat output. Available in 2 styles to accent a Colonial or Arts & Crafts style home decor.

Installation:
This is a direct vent gas fireplace system; it may be framed into a combustible wall and vented from either the top or rear with a coaxial direct vent pipe system, which is a pipe within a pipe. Combustion air enters from outdoors of your home through the outer pipe chamber and exhausts exit through the interior pipe chamber. This type of direct vent system helps to "balance" the incoming and outgoing air for a pressurized venting system, and is particularly advantageous in an older house that tends to be drafty, or a newer "air tight" home that may not easily provide enough natural convection for optimum draft.
